I have the AEM on my Jeep but I didn't do it for electrical power or gas milage or noise....I needed to free up some room below my hood and that was about the only way I could get it done. It does have a dam to separate underhood airflow but I am not totally sure it seals all that well and there is almost certainly a bit of underhood heat getting into the consumption. I also put in the TB spacer and it isn't going to make any noise so thats a non-situation.
