The AFE stage 2 has gotten a poor rap since of the air consumption noise, AFE now presents the Stage 2 Lid to help cancel out that noise.

Can you verify if the form of the airaid box is square, in that the sides are not fluted up n out like the oem box is. Tough to describe but the base/foot print of the oem is smaller than the best, so I am hoping the airaid box is much more vertical.. or straight sided. Now let us seem at the numbers....their effectiveness stroker yielded 35 hp/45 ft-lb achieve in excess of stock (16 sixteen% improve)....for a handful of grand.
