Like currently posted, cold air intakes will not do a lot for turbos. Something that will allow extra flow, and a smoother path of air is although. So a free of charge flowing filter and smooth consumption tube will assist. Just inspect the parts you want to invest in. Be wary of affordable stuff.
The Intake spacer (NOT TO BE Baffled WITH THE THROTTLE Entire body SPACER) will give more power in the 1500-2500 RPM selection which is much more favored for every day driving, unless of course you drive it like you stole it, which then a cold air would be better lol. Another advantage to dry filters is that they will not gunk up your MAF sensor like some of the oiled filters can.
so all that staying stated, i went with the K&N 63 series consumption, and i am quite satisfied with it. it paired with my corsa exhaust and tune tends to make the truck sound good and haul @$$!!! Some even say they are a waste of cash. Personally, I like the K&N drop in filter. I checked it at every single oil adjust, ordinarily just had to knock out some slight filth and leaves. Once a yr I washed and reoiled it for good measure.
