If you attempted to regenerate your iPhone with the most up-to-date version of iTunes and received an "Unable to regenerate and update" error message or the restore failed to correct the problems that prompted you to restore your phone, you could possibly contact Apple to schedule an Apple Expert to call you to troubleshoot along over the device. If your restore was unsuccessful and you did NOT have the most current version of iTunes installed, install the modern version of iTunes and try the restore again.
