Hey guys, my last thread acquired deleted, so here is my new evaluate thread about the ebay CAI that I bought.

The cold air intake (CAI) was a lot less difficult to set up than the exhaust of course. The variation in the unsmooth restrictive surface of the stock air tube and the slick MAC surfaces is astounding. The factory airbox and tubing are extremely restrictive for airflow into the engine and the MAC kit opens this up to allow extra oxygen in as nicely as carry cooler, denser air from the fender as opposed to the hot engine bay air. We had this set up finished in much less than 1 hour conveniently.

Went with the basic and simple cold air intake style and design from Roush. Set up was a breeze, took about 25 minutes. Quickly could hear a distinction in exhaust note and the throttle response improvements.....acceleration looks a great deal smoother. Greatest bang for the buck if you do not want a cold air that deviates from a clean factory seem underneath the hood.

I seriously like this part, adds a great sound to my car and can absolutely see a HP gain. I know roush doesnt promote the achieve simply because it depends to several factors, but they really really should. A dyno check of mine showed about 14+ HP attain. Not to mention, its a good seem when I open up my hood.
